Luvata

Luvata is a Finnish manufacturer of copper products and components. They came to Inflection when they needed to develop a set of brand values they could communicate to staff and which would help to guide staff behaviour. We worked together to develop the ‘Seven Pillars of Luvata leadership’ and to package them ready for launch across the company. These principles are now embedded in Luvata recruitment procedures and the annual appraisal system.

Inflection still works with Luvata, developing ongoing marketing collateral and newsletters.

Luvata is on a mission. When you're the oldest and foremost metals manufacturing company in the world, bringing your customers and your staff around to new ways of thinking isn't easy - but at least our customers and our staff are familiar with the industry. We dropped Inflection in at the deep end and involved them in everything from technical copywriting to internal staff mentality schemes.

Inflection proved to be fast and responsive but they took time to ask questions and digest the answers before they forged ahead. What impressed me was the clarity with which they embarked upon their projects. I knew that they understood my objectives and they always explained the stages and science behind their work. I felt like Inflection were 'on board' - we really worked as a team. I knew what to expect, when to expect it, and how to carry the finer science of excellent communication into the sceptical minds of engineers.

Oh, and can they communicate? Yes, like Michelangelo could paint ceilings.
