What we do

There isn't room here to do justice to all elements of the marketing mix, but here's a selection of the projects we are most commonly asked for.

However, if it's not here, all you have to do is ask!

  • Strategic Planning
Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start with developing marketing plans or with planning a major event such as a launch or a brand refresh. We can develop your marketing plans from scratch, starting with an analysis of the challenges you are facing, then presenting recommendations and agreeing an implementation plan.
  • Marketing Communications
Marketing Communications can mean so many things, from brochures to direct mail, customer emails or the way you answer the phone. But the key ingredients of getting all of these right are knowing what your core propositions are, defining your key messages and applying them consistently in everything you do.
  • Branding and Identity
It is difficult to overestimate the importance of brand identity. Major companies spend millions investing in their logos, their corporate values and their brand awareness. Yet many corporate identities are neglected and allowed to become dated while competitors steal a march in appearing modern and forward-thinking.
  • Internal Communications
Your staff are ambassadors for your company. What they say to their friends in the pub after work is just as important as what you say in your advertising. So keeping them engaged and motivated is an essential part of the marketing mix.
  • Websites
We have all visited good websites and bad websites. It’s easy to tell the difference as a user, but when you are building your own, it’s not so obvious how to get the best result. There are pitfalls to avoid and tricks to learn to make sure that you are easily found by search engines, that your site is usable and accessible and that you comply with all relevant legislation. And that’s before making sure that your messages are right, your images have impact and that your customers will come back time and again.
  • Copywriting and Proofreading
There are at least a quarter of a million words in the English language. If you choose the right ones and put them in the right order, you have the most powerful tool known to man. The pen, as they so rightly say, is mightier than the sword.
