Customer Buyology

John Berry is the founder of Customer Buyology, a consultancy business which advises banks around the world on how to be more customer oriented. He asked Inflection to create a new identity and website for the business.

The new website went live in October 2015 and we are monitoring traffic through Google Analytics. So far, it has had a very positive response and has generated visits, and new business enquiries, from 48 countries around the world. The new identity, created by Stuart Redfern of Redfern Design, reflects the forensic and analytical nature of Customer Buyology's approach.
