Marketing Communications

Marketing Communications can mean so many things, from brochures to direct mail, customer emails or even the way you answer the phone.

From glossy brochures to customer emails - every word is important

The way you communicate with the public can take many forms, and not all of them are verbal. A customer email, an image on a website, a free pen with a logo on it, the signage above your door - all have an impact and all say something about who you are.

If you are starting from scratch, a blank piece of paper can seem like a mountain to climb. Sometimes it's easier for someone from outside to take an objective view and develop a clear customer proposition and key messages.

The Right Tools for the Job

I often provide customers with a library of phrases and paragraphs which sum up what is unique about the business. These can then be used and adapted wherever needed, ensuring a consistent and on-message approach to communications.

Or, if you already have a full suite of materials but feel they aren’t doing you justice, I can take a look, and work out how to reposition your brand and products, and communicate your key messages.
