They asked me to help develop a set of brand values they could communicate to staff and which would help to guide staff behaviour. We worked together to develop the ‘Seven Pillars of Luvata leadership’ and to package them ready for launch across the company. These principles were embedded in Luvata recruitment procedures and the annual appraisal system.
