    Triland Metals is the non-ferrous metals trading arm of Mitsubishi Corporation. They called in Inflection in January 2007, initially to do a marketing audit with a view to refreshing their website and literature.

    John Berry is the founder of Customer Buyology, a consultancy business which advises banks around the world on how to be more customer oriented. He asked Inflection to create a new identity and website for the business.

    Brampton Little Theatre
    We created a website for Brampton's Little Theatre, a perfect but tiny theatre which is under threat of demolition.
  • Luvata
    Luvata
    Luvata is a Finnish manufacturer of copper products and components. They came to Inflection when they needed to develop a set of brand values they could communicate to staff and which would help to guide staff behaviour. We worked together to develop the ‘Seven Pillars of Luvata leadership’ and to package them ready for launch across the company. These principles are now embedded in Luvata recruitment procedures and the annual appraisal system.

    Petro-Diamond Risk Management Ltd is the energy trading division of Mitsubishi Corporation and when they saw what we had done for Triland they called us in to do the same for them. So once again, we developed a new identity, a website, brochure, signage and stationery.
  • Blackhawk Network
    Blackhawk Network is the UK subsidiary the US company Safeway and supplies Gift Cards to the UK market.

  • Accentuate
    Accentuate is an image consultancy run by Sue Donnelly, the president of the Federation of Image Consultants. Sue contacted Inflection when she was setting up the business, asking for help naming the business and developing her logo and corporate literature. Inflection developed the name Accentuate, as it fitted so well with Sue’s vision of accentuating the positive for every client.
